At the request of many customers in the market, in August 2001, Jectronic Instruments invested in cooperation with Japanese instrument manufacturers (now in Shenzhen and Changsha) to jointly establish the "Jectronic Precision Instrument Repair and Calibration Center"; it provides repair and calibration services for imported precision instrument products such as IWATSU, N4L, PMK, PEM, and VITREK to new and existing customers nationwide. All equipment in the center is provided by the original Japanese instrument manufacturers or configured according to ISO17025 laboratory standards, certified and traceable. Meanwhile, the repair and calibration engineers are all Hong Kong senior instrument experts trained by the original manufacturers, and the manufacturers regularly send personnel for supervision. The center is fully expanding and improving Jectronic Instruments' support system in mainland China, so that customers can enjoy direct, perfect service from the original manufacturers while using Jectronic's high-quality instruments.

Changsha Jectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. has also built a complete electronic instrument repair capability platform, covering everything from standard signals, standard components, and component failure to simulation, chip-level inspection and replacement; the laboratory can perform repair, maintenance, and calibration services for instrument power supply systems, board-level signal processing front-ends, and some chip-level components. The Changsha team will work closely with our senior experts in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai to provide customers with professional services; at the same time, our Changsha team will continue to improve its service capabilities to ensure better localized service and provide regional customers with more timely, professional, and high-quality service.
