The MPI TS-150-HP manual probe station is designed for high-power device measurement and various application scenarios, covering device characterization and modeling, wafer-level reliability analysis, fault diagnosis, integrated circuit engineering, MEMS ergonomics and safety design, and other fields.
The probe station supports up to 10 kV and 250 A for high-current/high-voltage output, with an optional temperature-controlled chuck (covering 20 °C to 300 °C).
