IWATSU CS-3000 high-power transistor curve tracer, available in CS-3100/3200/3300 models. Maximum peak voltage: 3000 V; maximum peak current: 1000 A. Supports LEAKAGE test mode (cursor resolution: 1 pA). · Like an oscilloscope, the pulse width and actual measurement points (MEASUREMENT POINT) can be determined by observing the waveforms (current, voltage) actually applied on the module.

· Pulse width and measurement points can be adjusted as needed by checking the actual waveform.

· Real-time abnormal signals can be confirmed without the influence of oscilloscope probes.

· Thermal abnormalities such as oscillation caused by module heating can be confirmed very easily.
