Overview:The high-voltage source-measure unit features high output and measurement voltage (3000 V) and the ability to output and measure weak current signals (nA). Operating in the first quadrant, it outputs and measures voltage from 0 to 3000 V and current from 0 to 100 mA. It supports constant-voltage and constant-current modes, along with a wide range of I-V sweep modes.
The instrument can be used for IGBT breakdown voltage testing, as a bus capacitor charging power supply for IGBT dynamic testing, as an IGBT burn-in power supply, and for withstand voltage testing of lightning protection diodes and varistors. Its constant-current mode is of great value for rapid breakdown point measurement.
