GWINSTEK GSM-20H10 Digital Source Measure Unit

The GSM-20H10 provides four-quadrant operation at ±210 V / ±1.05 A / 22 W. In the first and third quadrants, it operates as a source to supply power to the load. In the second and fourth quadrants, it operates as a load, dissipating power internally. Voltage, current, and resistance can be measured during either source or load operation, with accuracy up to 0.012% and resolution down to 1 µV / 10 pA / 10 µΩ.

In terms of sampling speed, the GSM-20H10 supports up to 50 k points per second, enabling more precise analysis of the DUT's characteristics. Through the 4.3-inch large display, all measurement settings, parameters, and results can be fully shown on screen. It supports the SDM (Source Delay Measure) function, which allows a delay before sampling when the signal changes, preventing signals captured before stabilization from causing misjudgment. Four built-in program output modes (Linear, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom) support up to 2,500 points of programmed output variation.

For device protection, the GSM-20H10 provides OVP/OTP protection modes; with OVP, users can define the OVP range, while OTP protection effectively prevents errors caused by temperature drift during testing. For interfaces, the product supports standard SCPI commands and offers RS-232, USBTMC, LAN, and GPIB (optional) to meet diverse interface requirements.
