The TH1991/TH1992 series precision source/measure units (SMUs) output and measure voltage and current simultaneously, integrating a current source, voltage source, voltmeter, and ammeter in a single instrument, with seamless switching between functions.

The TH1991/TH1992 series delivers up to ±210 V DC, ±3 A DC, and ±10.5 A pulsed current, with source and measurement resolution down to 10 fA/100 nV. It supports high-speed sampling and arbitrary waveform generation.

The TH1991/TH1992 series features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen running on a Linux platform, with an interactive graphical user interface and multiple display modes. Built-in I/V curve sweep capability covers diodes, bipolar transistors, MOSFETs, and IGBTs, enabling I-V testing without a host PC and significantly improving test efficiency.
