High-speed inspection under various measurement conditions with a single instrument

● Continuous measurement and high-speed inspection such as LCR measurement, DCR measurement, and sweep measurement with a single instrument
● High-speed measurement of up to 1.5ms (1kHz) and 0.5ms (100kHz) in LCR mode
● High-precision measurement with basic accuracy of ±0.08%
● Suitable for resonance characteristic inspection of piezoelectric elements, C-D and low ESR measurement of functional polymer capacitors, and DCR and L-Q measurement of inductors (coils, transformers)
● Frequency sweep measurement, level sweep measurement, and time interval measurement are possible in analyzer mode
● Can be used with the wireless charging evaluation system TS2400
