MICROTEST 6223/6243/6632 DC Bias Current Source Test System Frequency Response 10MHz/320A

MICROTEST DC Bias Current Source 6223 and 6243 are 20A and 40A current sources. When paired with the 6632 Impedance Analyzer, the frequency response reaches up to 10MHz. Up to 6 units of the 6223 can be stacked with the 6632, and up to 8 units of the 6243 can be stacked with the 6632, with maximum current output up to 320A. The 6632's standalone screen provides current sweep plotting to examine the magnetic saturation current I sat and temperature rise current I rms characteristics. By analyzing the temperature rise curve and saturation characteristics of an inductor after actual current loading, you can immediately know whether the component will burn out due to excessive temperature. It also provides a multi-step test function, allowing different test items and measurement conditions to be edited at the same time.
