The 7631 is an 8-channel hipot tester with AC high voltage 5000V, DC high voltage 6000V, and insulation resistance 1.2GΩ. The internal memory can store 15 test files, and each file supports 32 test steps. For measurement technology, it uses a high-end 32-Bit True-RMS DSP (Digital Signal Processor), which is different from the ADC (analog-to-digital conversion integrator) used in general measurements. In addition to the 32-bit data greatly improving accuracy, the processing speed for AC signals can also be increased by dozens of times. It is not only precise and stable, but also greatly improves the AC high voltage and leakage current test time. The 7631 hipot tester has a high-efficiency PWM amplifier that isolates the influence of external voltage fluctuations and outputs a stable high voltage. Even in areas with large voltage fluctuations, it can achieve "safe" and "reliable" measurement.
USB Host can store files and update firmware. Connect USB Device/RS-232 to transmit commands to a computer. In addition, when the DUT fails the test, a fail channel warning light can be added, and the signal can be judged through the Remote Port output. It can be paired with the 7506/7516 (8/16-channel) multi-channel expansion scanner box. The hipot tester is a test used to verify product quality and electrical safety characteristics. It is generally suitable for incoming inspection, process control, production lines, or R&D and other inspection departments. The demand for multi-channel use lies in industrial automated testing. Use the multi-channel expansion box with the safety high voltage tester to achieve automated testing and improve product testing efficiency and quality control. Industries currently using multi-channel boxes include transformer manufacturing, wire manufacturing, and in the PCB industry, aluminum substrate manufacturing,automotive control board manufacturing, etc.
The 7631 can be stacked with up to 4 units when paired with the 7508/7516. The demand for multi-channel use lies in industrial automated testing. Use the multi-channel expansion box
