The 7630 is a 2-channel hipot tester, with AC high voltage 5000V, DC high voltage 6000V, and insulation resistance 1.2GΩ. The internal memory can store 30 test files, and each file supports 16 test steps. USB Host can store files and update firmware. It can connect to USB Device/RS-232 to transmit commands to a computer. In addition, when the device under test fails the test, an optional fail channel warning light can be added, and the signal can be judged through the Remote Port output. The hipot tester is a type of test used to verify product quality and electrical safety characteristics. It is generally suitable for incoming inspection, process control, production lines, or R&D and other inspection departments.
