T&M SDN-414-XX Series CVR SiC/GaN Dual-Pulse Ids Measurement US Non-Inductive Coaxial Shunt
Model:SDN-414-XXSeries Country of Origin:USA
Category:Non-inductive coaxial shunt
Overview:
Non-inductive Coaxial Current Viewing Resistor (CVR)
The T&M CVR is a high-frequency non-inductive resistor designed to monitor the extremely high peak power and current input from steady-state current loads in pulse generator systems, as well as transient current. With the rapid advancement of power semiconductors and wide-bandgap devices in recent years, evaluating device dynamic performance (double-pulse testing) requires high-precision capture of current waveforms at device turn-on and turn-off while minimizing the insertion loss of the probe itself.
