T&M Precision Power Low-Inductance Coaxial Resistors, M Series: 20/30 W high-power models with resistance from 0.001 to 0.1 Ω

The M Series high-power coaxial resistors are available in four different form factors and sizes.

High-wattage versions are standard. The 1M is rated at 20 W and the 2M at 30 W. Both the 1M and 2M housings are fitted with heat sinks.

The finned versions are rated at 75 W for the 1M and 125 W for the 2M. The stated wattages are based on high-current connections with unrestricted mounting.

The case temperature must not exceed 140 °F (60 °C).

In addition, the finned versions require an airflow of 100 cubic feet per minute (2.8 m³/min) across the housing.

The ambient temperature must not exceed 86 °F (30 °C). When operating above this temperature, the power rating must be derated accordingly.
