DP6020 Probe is a low-voltage differential probe with floating measurement capability.
Measurement voltage ±20V(DC+Pk), with bandwidth up to 200MHz, providing a 10:1 attenuation setting,
with a 1 MΩ input impedance and a low input capacitance of 3.5 pF , which minimizes circuit loading,
features an overvoltage alarm function, is compatible with any oscilloscope having a 50 Ω BNC input, and can be powered via the USB port on the oscilloscope or computer.
It is widely used in various applications, providing excellent general-purpose differential signal measurement for today's high-speed power measurements, automotive bus measurements, and digital system designs.
