GWINSTEK AFG-2000 Series (AFG-2225, AFG-2005) Signal Generator

The AFG-2100/2000 Series Arbitrary Function Generator is a DDS-based signal generator covering sine, square, triangle, noise waveforms and arbitrary waveforms with a 20MSa/s sampling rate. The 0.1Hz resolution and 1%~99% adjustable duty cycle of square (pulse) waves greatly extend its range of applications.
The AFG-2100/2000 Series includes 6 models in three frequency bands: 5MHz/12MHz/25MHz. In addition, the AFG-2100 Series also provides AM/FM/FSK modulation, sweep and frequency counter functions. A fully digital operation design is adopted for parameter settings, and the 3.5'' tri-color LCD clearly displays the set parameter values. The entire series is equipped with a USB Device interface, so users can not only perform remote control, but also import waveform data from a PC.
 
Built-in arbitrary waveform function
    The AFG-2100/2000 Series provides arbitrary waveform editing with a 20MSa/s sampling rate, 10-bit vertical resolution and 4k-point record length. Users can edit arbitrary waveforms through panel settings or by using the dedicated waveform editing software.
 
Amplitude and DC offset display function
    In addition to setting parameters, the AFG-2100/2000 also displays voltage amplitude and DC offset readings on the LCD screen. Three amplitude units, Vpp, Vrms and dBm, are available for users to select and switch between.
 
Wide adjustable square wave duty cycle
    The square wave duty cycle provided by the AFG-2100/2000 Series can be set from 1%~99%. With this function, pulse waveforms can be used to simulate surge or transient signals.
 
AM/FM/FSK, Sweep, Counter functions (AFG-2100 Series only)
The AFG-2100 Series has built-in AM/FM/FSK modulation, waveform sweep and frequency counter functions. The 150MHz frequency counting function saves the cost of purchasing an additional counter.
 
Fully digital keypad design
    The fully digital keypad design of the AFG-2100/2000 Series improves the uncertainty of settings in traditional signal generators and significantly increases waveform output accuracy. The 3.5'' LCD screen makes it convenient for users to observe parameter changes during adjustment.
 
Dedicated arbitrary waveform editing software
The AFG-2100/2000 comes with a free arbitrary waveform editing software package. After completing the required waveform editing on a PC, the data can be loaded into the AFG-2100/2000 via the USB interface for output.
