The DTA-5000 is a highly scalable ultra-fast 10 Gigabit recording and playback system for collecting products when working together with 10 Gigabit (10 Gigabit Ethernet) connected D-TA sensor signals. In addition, for third-party products that provide a 10 Gigabit Ethernet UDP/IP network for data transfer, the DTA-5000 can also be compatible and work together with them. The DT-5000 consists of a multi-core server, a 10 Gigabit network interface card (NIC) and 16 high-reliability SAS disk drives.

Among them, each disk capacity is typically 300GB or 600GB, therefore, its total is 4.8 million megabytes or 9.6 million megabytes. The record/playback design is based on highly optimized multi-threaded software operations, and in the Linux operating system, the required functions are accomplished through real-time patches.

The sustained record/playback rate of each DTA-5000 (per 10 Gigabit Ethernet network) is far greater than 800 megabytes per second. Multiple DTA-5000 systems can linearly increase throughput by being used simultaneously across multiple 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks. To provide a complete recording and playback solution for radio, radar, sonar or other acoustic applications, the DTA-5000 is typically packaged with DTA products. The 10Gx series products (x represents the number of 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks, x=1, 2 or 4) have a comprehensive graphical user interface or a controllable application programming interface for fail-safe operation.
