High-precision measurement of the on-state voltage at the onset of GaN device switching, particularly suited to evaluating low on-resistance GaN devices.
With high stability, multiple ranges, and high-precision clamping capability, it enables mohm-level dynamic on-resistance measurement while maintaining extremely high withstand voltage. For research on current collapse in GaN, the SS-350 is one of the best measurement solutions of its kind worldwide.
