GWINSTEK GDM-906X Series (GDM-9061, GDM-9060) Digital Multimeter

GW Instek introduces the GDM-906X series (two models: GDM-9061 and GDM-9060), 6½-digit dual-measurement digital multimeters featuring high-precision DC current measurement, fast sampling rates, 12 measurement items (DC voltage/current, AC voltage/current, 2-wire/4-wire resistance, frequency, period, diode, continuity buzzer, temperature, capacitance), 6 math functions (dB/dBm/Compare/MX+B/Percent and 1/X), and a comprehensive set of communication interfaces (USB device/host, RS-232C, LAN, digital I/O, and optional GPIB), delivering full measurement capability with higher speed and accuracy. The series features a 4.3-inch TFT graphical display and fast sampling rates (GDM-9061: 10k/s; GDM-9060: 1k/s max.). In addition to conventional numeric display, measurements can be shown as bar graphs, trend charts, or histograms, presenting the entire measurement process more intuitively and quickly. Larger memory (GDM-9061: 100k; GDM-9060: 10k) also supports statistical calculations on trend charts or histograms during measurement, simplifying tedious trend analysis. For ease of use, the GDM-906X series offers extensive operational design features, such as numeric keys for settings that require value entry, including upper/lower limits and LAN IP addresses. The user interface and messages support multiple languages (English/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese/Japanese/Korean), helping shorten the learning curve. For automated test system measurement or remote control applications, the GDM-906X provides USB, RS-232C, and LAN as standard communication interfaces, with GPIB available as an optional customer-installed option. In terms of software support, the GDM-906X series includes DMM-Viewer2 to help users observe or log measurement data, and also offers a LabVIEW driver to meet programming requirements for integration with different systems.
