Job Description:

1. Responsible for market planning for the company's product lines.

2. Drive the development of market-aligned product solutions and manage major sales projects.

3. Develop effective marketing plans based on market needs, and efficiently coordinate the formulation of team sales plans to achieve sales targets.

4. Meet individual performance targets and manage the performance of the sales team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering discipline; relevant experience in coastal regions is preferred.

2. Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills; experience managing sales teams in a related industry.

3. A big-picture perspective, clear goals, and strong execution.
