Precise LCR measurements using the PSM+IAI series impedance analyzers

N4L has developed the impedance analyzer with the widest measurement range on the market. N4L's range spans from 1mΩ to 1TΩ, capable of meeting a wide range of industry needs, including electronic component analysis, power electronics system analysis, electrochemical material analysis, electrical material analysis, and more. From the budget LCR active head solution covering up to 100MΩ to the top-tier IAI2 covering more than 11 decades of impedance between 1mΩ and 500MΩ with excellent accuracy.

Benchtop or PC interface

The PSM series impedance analyzers can be used as standalone test instruments, with measurements made using the instrument keypad and viewed on the LCD/TFT display. Alternatively, users can utilize our PSMComm2 software program for remote control and data acquisition.

Users can also write their own software control programs, such as in C, C#, or VBA. As a result, the PSM can be integrated into larger test systems. LabVIEW drivers are also available if needed (on ourSupported components), helping LabVIEW developers quickly integrate the PSM/IAI impedance analyzer into their test systems.
