Introduced in 1997, the PSM2200 frequency response analyzer was the first-generation frequency response product from N4L Newton Technology and enjoyed considerable success in its day. At the time, engineers measuring low-frequency amplifier, filter, and switching power supply loop characteristics had to rely on expensive network analyzers—and, more importantly, these instruments were complex to operate and rarely used.
The PSM2200 was designed as a 19-inch rack-mount automated instrument. As the power supply and low-frequency response application market evolved, engineers increasingly favored standalone portable designs to improve overall test efficiency, leaving the PSM2200 looking dated and out of step with market demand.
N4L's innovative PSM3750 emerged in response. This revolutionary product reaches 50 MHz, withstands test voltages up to 500 V, and also supports impedance analysis and other functions, offering outstanding value and competitive advantage. The PSM3750 and its companion products were officially launched in June 2013, with Ligao Instruments Co., Ltd. – Jiechuang Ligao Instruments Co., Ltd. as the exclusive general agent for China.
