The 6630 LCR (bridge) tester offers 7 frequency options (10 Hz to 1/3/5/10/20/30/50MHz) and can perform LCR testing of AC signals, with test frequency and test level capable of continuous-variation step measurement. It enables high-speed continuous testing under different test and mode conditions. It provides switchable output impedance of 25Ω/100Ω, ALC compensation, and multi-step testing; the BIN classification and comparator functions classify good and defective products during automatic component production. It also supports RS-232, GPIB, Handler, LAN, and USB Host/Device interfaces.

The 6630 LCR tester can be paired with a wide variety of test fixtures and accessories. With the dielectric constant test fixture FX-0000C7, the instrument's built-in formula directly calculates the material's dielectric values εr' and εr". It is used to evaluate bare PCB boards or ceramic boards, etc. With the liquid dielectric fixture FX-000C20, it is used to evaluate electrochemical material property analysis. With the permeability test fixture FX-0000C8, the instrument's built-in formula directly calculates the permeability μr' and μr" of various toroidal cores or ferrite cores and electromagnetic shielding coating materials.
