OP6030 is an isolated voltage probe with an ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio.

The CMRR of conventional differential probes drops rapidly at high frequencies, making it extremely difficult to accurately measure small voltage signal waveforms in the presence of high common-mode interference—for example, measuring the gate-drive voltage of the high-side switch in a half-bridge circuit.

The OP6030 uses patented RF isolation technology to achieve an ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio across its entire 50 MHz operating bandwidth, enabling our customers to perform these challenging measurements at very low cost.
