Digital Multimeter VOAC7602

Large, easy-to-read screen

4.3-inch (109 mm) high-resolution LCD

Japanese-made high-resolution LCD. Bright with a wide viewing area—its advantages are clear once you use it. Numerals can be displayed in either standard (sans-serif) or seven-segment font. The background color can also be set to one of two modes (white/black).

Screen illustration

Various analysis display combinations without a PC

Main displays include numeric values, trend charts, histograms, and arc-scale meters, each with a rich set of auxiliary displays, so you can choose the screen combination that suits your measurement needs.

Multiple displays

New display enables more flexible use of the judgment function

Large on-screen readouts are easy to see at a glance.

Visible even from a distance. Highly rated for convenience in adjustment work and other tasks.

Screen illustration

Unique pointer display. Analog-style variation shown via digital virtual display.

Beyond basic judgment, it supports a variety of uses combined with the judgment function.
When a judgment threshold is exceeded, the pointer color changes.

Screen illustration

Easy-to-use controls

An illumination signal that lights up when needed. Enables quick and intuitive input of values, characters, and symbols required for settings, as well as list selection. Turn and press the knob to confirm the setting.

Instant screen capture to the record memory (VOAC7602 only)

Screen illustration

Copy the screen in just two steps.
Regardless of measurement status or conditions.
When needed, two button presses capture the screen. No complicated setup—an invaluable feature during busy measurement work.

Fast startup

Once SETUP information is configured at power-on, measurement can begin immediately.

Large 100k reading record memory

Large-capacity memory storage

The large-capacity memory captures timestamped data for over 24 hours at 1 sample per second.
Continuous recording also means no missed captures.

Digital Multimeter VOAC7602 Function Overview

[Continuous writing to USB memory function] Enables long-duration recording

Previously, data could be saved manually to USB memory using the main unit's built-in memory, but the new function allows measurement data to be continuously saved to USB memory while measuring.

  • Effective for acquiring data over long periods at relatively low measurement cycles.

  • For example!! Measurement at a 1S/s cycle can be continued for over 1 year.

Continuous writing to USB memory function

Expanded secondary statistical calculation

Expanded from the conventional σ=1σ to 3σ to σ=1σ to 6σ, broadening the distribution range.

Continuous writing to USB memory function

Introducing the dedicated-mode "batch mode" 30kS/s

Batch mode is a mode that captures measurement data in bulk. During data capture, the on-screen measurement data display is turned off to ensure a precise sampling rate of up to 30k samples/s.
Measurement data can be collectively saved to the recording memory, and trends and histograms can be displayed using the offline browsing function. Data can be saved to USB memory.

Batch mode diagram

Effective use of the recording memory's pre-trigger function

VOAC7602's batch mode can stop capture by setting stop events such as the level of measured values, LIMIT judgment results, and external triggers. This allows the same usage as pre-trigger on an oscilloscope, capturing data before and after the desired event.
In addition, the recording memory can make flexible use of the 100k large-capacity reading function, enabling high-resolution capture of long-duration data even during high-speed sampling.
At the same time, stop events can be accepted immediately after recording starts, so even at slower sampling rates there is no need to wait for trigger hold-off as with an oscilloscope, and capture time can be minimized.

Pre-trigger function

Long-term recording via record memory

Supports long-term recording of data sizes up to 100k points.
Example) At a sampling rate of 1 reading/second, over 1 day can be recorded.

Offline histogram display useful for yield measurement

Data captured to the recording memory can be displayed as a histogram, and yield can be easily measured via cursor operations.
Previously this analysis was performed on a computer, but since judgment can be performed on-site, a significant improvement in work efficiency is expected.

Displays the degree of the range enclosed by the cursor and its percentage (%) of the whole.
The horizontal axis is an index such as voltage used as the judgment standard, so the proportion relative to the judgment standard can be grasped intuitively.

Histogram display screen

Offline trend graph display showing measured value changes over time

In addition to oscilloscope-like display, statistical values can be recalculated based on the cursor range, so statistics for the desired range can be obtained. Operations can be performed while copying the screen to a USB memory, helping to further improve work efficiency.

Trend graph display

Fully upgraded judgment function

The VOAC7602 can perform advanced analysis based on LIMIT judgment results. The feature is that it can be executed with simple operations.
This instrument provides clear answers to the issues that trouble measurement personnel most, such as the number of failures and their occurrence times.

Trigger functions to meet various needs

Interval trigger function

Perform measurement a specified number of times at fixed time intervals.

Trigger function 1

Measurement using the trigger delay function

The delay time from trigger input to the first data measurement can be set.
This delays the measurement timing of production equipment, etc., and performs measurement after waiting for the measurement to stabilize.
